Authorities in Thailand's southern province of Surat Thaniare maintaining a positive outlook on the recovering tourism sector as anothercruise ship arrives near Koh Samui island. Thisvessel marks only the second European cruise ship to visit the island in thepast three years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
